- Reporting to CSD/DOC manager.

+ Create and issue original bill of lading (B/L)
+ Send B/L & manifest to agent at transshipped port and agent at destination.
+ Update monthly volume report.
+ Supply import documentation to sub-agents and related partner.
+ Provide documentation support for Docs Dept. 
+ Receive and issue booking notes
+ Report booking forecast to the principals
+ Communicate with Sales/Marketing team to ensure proper flow of information regarding booking prospects and rate approvals
+ Communicate with Logistics team to ensure to release containers smoothly and meet principals’ requirements
+ Communicate with head office and oversea agents for any booking issues
+ Ensure adequate space is confirmed for the bookings on the vessels of the principals
+ Ensure that the volumes for the principals are updated accurately and as quickly as possible in the monthly booking report & in booking system of each principal
+ Others related to customer service/ documentation issues.

- Bachelor Degree holder - major in Foreign Trade/ Economics/ Maritime.
- Good at English in Speaking & Writing
- Ability to work under pressure and have good team work spirit
- Careful, Dynamic and Hardworking
- Good Communication skills
