- University Degree, major in Foreign Trade or Marine is preferred
- 1-2 years of working experience in Shipping Operations, customer services and documentation
- Having working experience in foreign company is an advantage
- Good command of English
- Fluency in using Microsoft Office
- Good communication skill, custumer focused, achievement driven, teamwork and able to work under pressure
